I've added a steak to my weekly dinners. Getting in that red meat. Doing a clean bulk so eating around 3800cals. Easily done when your active πŸ’ͺ

High protein snack. Greek yoghurt, granola, banana,peanut butter and honey. Great for the sweet tooth

Who's having a healthy dinner and whos having a little cheat meal tonight on this cold miserable day. I'm going for lasagna and garlic bread πŸ‘Œ tracking and being consistent throughout the week allows some naughty foods here and there. Will upload once it's done
