winter time and daily steps 🚶‍♂️
This time of year with shorter days darker nights cold and rainy weather are always a real struggle getting them daily steps in to my opinion 😏😂 anyone else relate? 😌😂
Ladies you will not get bulky!
Ladies, weights will not make you look like a body builder. On average a Woman’s testosterone levels are 15-20% lower than mens, meaning harder to add on that lean muscle mass. Training will just give you a great figure, help you keep your metabolism healthy, and make you strong and fit throughout your life!! Dont listen to the nonsense. Listen to the Science 😃👍🏼
