lets get the most out of every week. Mondays - goals of the week everyone post your goals of the week, example - i am going to do x2 gym classes this week and snack less Wednesday Q&A any questions you have ask away and Jarrod will answer them. Fridays - Win of the weeks everyone post there wins it might be they hit their goals of the week or managed to fit into smaller sized clothes etc. Sundays you will all get a reminder to make sure you have booked onto your classes also.

Goals - 2xclasses and 2xgym sessions plus make sure to actually hit my macros as I've been under eating and not hitting my protein/calories goal recently.
