This week we’re focusing on your default pattern. Not fixing it. Not changing it. Just seeing it. I love this awareness, you guys!! Starting strong is easy, right? But consistency is built in the in-between moments. So Maggie, let’s make this real simple… instead of going all in at the start, I want you to shrink it down. Like what’s the version of this you could still do on your worst day? That’s your baseline. Make it easy. Doable. And then focus less on how hard you go and more on just not breaking the chain. Even if it’s messy, even if it’s quick, it still counts. We’re building something you can return to, not something you burn out on. That’s how this becomes sustainable. 😘💪
