@Adrian Wilde also ask the ai why you never received the form for loans because you repeatedly asked for it starting ______ the ai will come back with every ticket or question you did put in. The staff claims they can’t see it. Screenshot add that and submit a ticket with the sub just Loan form never received

Student Survey
Did anyone else get a pop up student survey on Maestro? It seemed to ask questions that would help Maestro stay accredited. Hopefully it helps!

The Backup Plan ...
(Apologies if this has been posted already) *Pulled together from multiple sources, internal and external Transferring to Maestro University is the official backup plan that the institution has outlined for students affected by the current enrollment pause and accreditation issues at Maestro College. Because Maestro College and Maestro University are both owned by the same parent company (the Maestro Education Group), they have established a "direct pathway" or articulation agreement to help students transfer seamlessly if the situation at the College worsens. Here is why Maestro University is a viable backup: It Has a Different Accreditor This is the most important distinction. Maestro University is accredited by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC), rather than the Council on Occupational Education (COE). The agency (COE) placed Maestro College on a "Show Cause" order because the college failed to meet a rule requiring at least 25% of students to attend classes on a physical campus. Because the DEAC specializes specifically in remote learning, Maestro University is legally accredited as a 100% online institution. It does not have physical attendance quotas, meaning it is entirely immune to the specific violation threatening Maestro College. The Transition Plan According to recent updates provided by Maestro leadership to the student body: - September Start: If you choose to switch, or if Maestro College is forced to close your program, you will be able to join Maestro University's next semester, which begins in September 2026. - Transferability: Because the two schools share an articulation agreement, the credits you have completed at Maestro College are designed to transfer over to Maestro University so you do not lose your progress. - The Pro Scholarship: If you are attending on the Maestro Pro Scholarship, your funding and scholarship status remain protected and will follow you to the University. If a specific cohort's start date has been paused, or if the Show Cause order progresses toward a closure, Maestro has stated they will be sending direct emails to affected students outlining the exact steps to initiate this transfer.
