This Dark Wood, Tom Ford Oud Wood dupe has excellent performance exactly as the original and this is more affordable if you can't go for the original. Let me know which Oud Wood is the best that you had.

Finally got this one in from Jomashop. This one has that Black Orchid floral DNA but with added sweetness and a boozy note which makes this one smoother and more wearable in more situations imo than the EDP This one is not a recommended blind buy if you have never smelled the profile before. I have the EDP and for me the Parfum is smoother smelling them side by side. The scent is very nice overall all the way thru to the dry down. It has the longevity 6-7hrs but not quite as loud projection wise. Limit sprays for the office / I’d say Fall and Winter is best. / daytime or evening/ formal wear would be best, but could also wear casually. Presentation is a gold bottle with a gold cap that slides into place, do not pick up by the cap…(ask me how I know that lol). Atomizer is just ok on this one. I got a 1.7oz off JomaShop for 100 dollars due to the deal that they were running of 20 percent off. As most TF you will pay for the quality even at discounters, but you can find deals if you look around. I do like this one better overall than the EDP. 8.5/10

This one has a beautiful scent profile. It is an alternative/twist to BDK Gris Charnel. In comparison with Lattafa Liam (Grey,) although they are quite similar, Velvet Musk makes honor to its name, it’s muskier and ambery. Liam it’s rather more spicier. Also, at the dry down, Velvet Musk becomes more smoother, but present and alluring. At the 6hrs mark it’s already a very close to the skin scent, but keeps projecting out of clothing. Overall, a very safe, inoffensive, mass pleasing, compliment getter fragrance.
