Today's Teaching Healing work begins with knowing yourself — your emotions, your energy, your reactions, your limits. If you cannot track yourself accurately, you will get lost inside other people's pain every single time. If you've been letting emotions and feelings just "flow" without any attention, it creates a mash up and becomes harder to distinguish what is yours and what is not. Remember, there is a difference between observing an emotion and absorbing an emotion. Absorbing means it becomes yours. You can't tell where it came from. You carry it home. It sits Observing means you can feel the presence of something without losing yourself inside it. You register it. You track it. You remain sovereign. As you practice, understand more fully that energetic sovereignty is not a concept. It is a skill. And it starts with this: being able to sit inside your own experience and know what belongs to you. Today's Reflection: What do I notice in my body today that I would usually ignore? Is there any feeling I am holding that does not belong to me? Drop your answers in the comments. Even one line.
