When we focus on our balance and harmony, we can begin to see patterns that are in the way. From there we can choose what to do to change the patterns so we can free ourselves.
As you go about your day, look at where these patterns are blocking you. Check to see what patterns are interfering with your boundaries. See if you can bring an awareness that is free of judgment to the patterns. Then use the tools we have to ground and reset the boundaries while releasing the patterns with love and compassion.
