After having a week off, I pushed the reset button again. During last week I had a week off writing things down but stuck to a regular food and drink routine had Monday and Tuesday off the gym Thursday Friday and Saturday had a liquid fast and this is my treat I had on Sunday lunch with my family, love hamburgers, garlic bread but washed it down with a nice can of Coke. Coke is gone for another month everyone have a blessed day🙏✝️
Vegas Check In 🔥
In Vegas. No alcohol. Good food. Not controlling portion sizes. And I’m completely at peace with it. This is what balance looks like. I’m not here to be perfect. I’m here to live. But here’s what hasn’t changed: ✅ I don’t drink anymore. (That’s identity.) ✅ I move every day. ✅ I stay grateful. When I get back to Australia, I’ll be starting my own 28 Day Reset again. Not because I failed. Not because I went off the rails. Because reset is a lifestyle. Enjoy the season you’re in. Then attack the next one with intention. MIND. BODY. SPIRIT.

Always grateful for what I’ve got drinking as a part of the past as I haven’t drunk since December 6, 2020. Had one day off the gym yesterday. Looking forward to going home after work and doing my hour on the treadmill next Monday I will be starting my 28 day reset again and looking forward to everyone have a blessed day in the name of the Lord Jesus and all God’s children said amen

When I put my mind to things and have encouragement to do it, I often achieve This time I set myself a goal to lose over 10 kg as I had a reunion in Brisbane to go to on the 28th day. Yesterday on the 28th day I stuck to my guns head egg mushrooms and bacon for breakfast did my hour and a half on the treadmill. Instead of having a beer I drank water at the end of the day. I felt really good as I completed my 28 days. I could’ve said this is my last day. I can ease off a bit but I didn’t. I’m very pleased with my commitment and I haven’t been this committed for something in years. I’m having Monday off the gym but stick into my food plan and my 3 L of water. I will be starting the 28 day reset again between now and next Monday everyone have a blessed day in the name of the Lord amen.
28 days
Not extreme. Not fancy. Just consistent. This isn’t about reinventing your life in 4 weeks. It’s about: • Eating the same whole foods consistently • Walking every day (10k+ steps) • Training consistently • Drinking your water • Keeping your word Same old. Same meals. Same walks. Same training slots. And guess what? That’s where the change happens. Not in hype. Not in motivation spikes. Not in a new program every week. But in repetition. Small daily deposits. Stacked for 28 days. You don’t need more intensity. You need more consistency. Stay boring. Stay disciplined. Slowly build. Mind. Body. Spirit. Let’s go 💪🏻
