Increase productivity with Wispr Flow
In ChatGPT I used voice dictation a lot, something Claude doesn't do well. @Kuldeep T had mentioned that he uses Wisprflow.ai and I installed the free trial version early this week. And I am blown away with the results. It is fast; it is very effective. It even recognized what you're saying and corrects mistakes. I'm now using it to dictate emails where it automatically breaks down the introduction sentence and the greetings at the end. Definitely worthwhile trying. I'm using it now for almost every application ranging from LinkedIn to Claude to email to Word. It's just a perfect tool and will save you a lot of time

good to hear it is working for you Marcel.
Most companies don't fail at change because of the strategy. They fail because of who they are.
A more personal LinkedIn post today — about the gap between the habits I want to adopt and the identity that keeps blocking them. Same gap shows up in companies trying to change. If you've ever watched a leadership team commit to a transformation and then quietly revert, you'll recognize the pattern. https://www.linkedin.com/posts/kuldeeptanwar_i-have-to-tell-you-something-im-a-chicken-activity-7456156219158962177-eswy/

Most Companies Are at Level 2 and Think They're Winning
New post — "Companies that think they're doing AI are mostly wearing AI costumes." Draft of a 3-level maturity model I've been refining across client conversations. Feedback welcome. https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7453498226919370753/

Thanks James, appreciate the feedback. I have an assessment document if anyone is interested in learning more about it.
Time for a shake up
Are you all open to going back to book learning? While I love Ben’s stuff, it gets stale. Or maybe it’s just me. If it’s a “YES,” I’d like to suggest a book that I’ve enjoyed: Beyond Belief: The Science-Backed Way to Stop Limiting Yourself and Achieve Breakthrough Results (released March 10, 2026) by Nir Eyal, with Julie Li, explores how hidden, self-limiting beliefs dictate our actions and offers science-backed methods to replace them. It introduces the "Three Powers of Belief"—Attention, Anticipation, and Agency—to help readers reshape their mental models for improved health, relationships, and career success. If “Yes,” but a different book, provide your suggestion in the comments.

Yes, Nir was in Ali Abdal's session in Jan promoting this book.

What Marcel is saying is key, ultimately it is about taking action, books are just the means. I did like Ben's interview with Myron where he say's the impossible goals are not easy, they need emotional fortitude, the ability to handle the headwinds each day. Emotional resilience.
