I have 266 people in my free Skool but only 6 in my premium offer. I'm sure the vast majority in my Skool aren't engaged because of poor onboarding and not then trying to keep them active. Live and learn to be better!

1. My Major goal is to reach $5K MRR in 2024 by building a strong paid community and traffic from LinkedIn, TikTok, Free Community, and other Social Media. 2. My current situation is less than in the past at around $1500 however with some adjustments I'm on track for success. Free community currently at 89 members and I have some plans to accelerate to growth. 3. I have the same challenge as John has. 4. I do at least 1 TikTok video and live session per day and now repurposing videos to other social media sites. I'm very engaged with my free community which is growing by 2-8 members per day. I'm currently studying AI prompt engineering to improve and streamline my work. Hopefully, I can use AI to segment my 9K LinkedIn followers to isolate my best prospective clients.
