@Eric Howell Most people on YouTube use https://obsproject.com/ - it's got a learning curve but you can get proficient in it in about an hour. Tons of YT tutorials as well!

I joined Source of Sources and Featured - been answering reporter questions all day. Even if they don't quote me in their articles, I got great questions to make content around. I'm also building out lead magnets and DMing folks directly with the overwhelming value - fingers crossed it'll get conversions!!

@Eric Howell This was my strategy as well. Skool games winners Veronica White and Jeff Lopez from last season also did the same thing, hundreds or even 1k users then they flipped to paid and now make 50-100 grand in MRR!

@Melanie Bourbeau you're all good!! I always try to look at it more from the outcome of the owner. Instead of asking them if I can do a training in their community, I'd instead want to point out the value that they are bringing to their members and how I could add on top of it. So I'd start with something around the fact that we share a mutual interest in an audience. I know that they're always looking to make and provide more value for their community. With the click of a button, I could give lots of value to their community and promote their values, ideals, and lessons. All they need to do is facilitate the place, and they have a pre-built, ready-to-go workshop that will help their members and make them look good / increase their status amongst their members. @Eric Howell Lots of research, yep. Like any platform out there lots of pros and cons. Overall though it's a great place to consider if it stacks up with your content strategy!
