It’s a new Challenge Monday, and I got a great one for you this week! It’s much lower effort - only 1 post, but with a ton of value. 💡 Idea: Let your members decide 1 Aspect of your Community’s direction. ✅ Task: Create a post in your community asking for their opinion, and whatever their opinion is - you implement it. 1. Select a “Community direction” Aspect for your members to vote on. It can be asking how they want to receive value. Or what they want to pay for. Or what “Fun” activities they want to do. It can be anything related to your community - You decide which question is the most important right now. 2. Provide options in a poll. Make it simple. 3. Ask them to choose. Discuss the choices in the comments. The purpose is not only get engagement, but Steer the community in the direction that your members want. ❓ Why: Because we build Community for the Community, not for ourselves. This Challenge takes control away from you and gives it to your Community. But don’t be scared - you don’t lose full control.
