Workout
I had a great workout, but I could not finish everything. I can see progress changes on my body. Now to push harder. 8/10

Workouts
I combined 4 days of workouts into 2 days. I love the feeling of working out now and it bugs me when I can’t. That said, my workouts were great but I could not complete everything I wanted to. The mobility part is hard on me since I have not stretched this body for many years. I am determined though. 7/10

Workout
Saturday and Monday workouts on Monday, I enjoy the hard work and am trying to push myself at every workout. Feeling good about my workouts and better nutrition.

Workouts
I did Saturday and Monday workouts on Monday, the workouts were great, but I didn’t get to finish everything. However I have been averaging over 10,000 steps per day at work which involves a lot of climbing and walking. And I do like the workouts as well, I feel great after everyone.

I have one band and I can find a cheap bench. I am getting a Treadmill delivers on Monday as well.
Workouts
So I did my Wednesday and Friday Workouts on Saturday. I felt like it was an intense, great workout. 10/10. I continue to struggle a bit with nutrition being that I have 58 years of bad eating habits. I am getting better, but I do fall back as well. I am not giving up though.
