I guess, I don't have access to the GPT-3.5 16K model in the Open AI playground... Hmmm. What am I missing here?

Hi guys I'm running a webshop and need suggestions for a software, that I can paste a blog post into, and it will create images based on the text. Is there such a thing? Im doing most of my texts in Frase.io but im looking for a quick way to add images to these posts. /Bruno
