Toe Pro
Group - I have 2 toe pro’s arriving today and am not going to have any of the kids use em until I can do them all myself (at least to some extent) - my question is (for those of you who know) is the Human Locomotion YouTube place the best to get instruction or is there another YouTube page? Thanks all

Yes. I’ve had mine for a month or so. I started with the advanced workout found on YouTube. Been building up to the volume/tempo to what they recommend in the video. I only use the metronome about half the time. Definitely works as intended.
what do you need from me
With track ending, what should I post? Workout of the week?

Maybe a discussion (or podcast) on strength training or track workouts you have tried over the years that didn’t work or worked for awhile but ultimately didn’t in the long run. More in depth on warm ups during track practice. I second Thomas Lower’s idea of you explaining your process of evaluating an athletes progress and the adjustments you make based off the data presented.

Questions for Korfist-Kerr Talks
Hi Everyone. Chris and I are recording a talk Thursday. Does anyone have any questions about hips? We've talked upper body, trunk, we're into the hips now! Let us know!

1. What is the latest news on the RPR app? 2. I have the same question as Matt Seki, how much training do you give specific hip muscles? 3. During in season practice, do you only use 1080 to develop acceleration and top speed? Or do you still use the 23 second drill, flys, etc?

Anything on implementing extreme ISOs? Or super slow eccentrics (up to 2 minutes) heard Dan Fichter talking about them on the podcast with The Gap

I would also like to know if Chris has ever and still does utilize extreme isometrics. Like the lunge, wall sit, RFE split squat.
