Consistency is Key
If there is one aspect of health and wellness that I come back to over and over again, it is consistency. No matter what area of your health you are working on, if there is no consistency, you will not get the results you desire. That being said, consistency doesn't have to be hard. You don't need to hit your biggest goals each week. Consistency can be small, simple, achievable goals that add up over time. What is one achievement (no matter how big or small!) you made in the last week?

Consistency really is key!!! I’ve been being really mindful of what I’m eating and making sure not to make myself anxious over it. If I become overwhelmed I do breathing exercises and it’s helps me sooo much!!
Breathing exercise
I just did my first breathing exercise and it takes me back to when I was in treatment for anxiety and depression. The guided exercises I have always loved because it helps me focus on what I really need to be doing. This one reminded me of what they would call belly breathing. This is probably my favorite one because you can do it anywhere like Kathy said home work or in the car while being parked !!! lol I’m soooo excited to continue this journey of body mind and health !!!! Thank you so much Kathy for putting this together !!!
