I just did my first breathing exercise and it takes me back to when I was in treatment for anxiety and depression. The guided exercises I have always loved because it helps me focus on what I really need to be doing. This one reminded me of what they would call belly breathing. This is probably my favorite one because you can do it anywhere like Kathy said home work or in the car while being parked !!! lol I’m soooo excited to continue this journey of body mind and health !!!!
