Got the address removed!!!!!
Oh my GOSHHH!!! I finally got the address that was attached to the bankruptcy REMOVED!!! Experian just WOULD NOT take it off because it was attached to an account (the account I been wanting removed!!). Equifax took everything I disputed without questioning anything. Transunion wouldn't take it off at first, but then I finally called and asked them to remove the inaccurate address and they did. But with Experian, it is impossible to get on the phone with an actual rep (I used to be able to, but they've now put an AI bot on there that won't redirect you to a human no matter which option you choose). I've sent in about 5 cfpb complaints to get them to remove that address and it kept coming back verified. This last time, I attached the multiple copies of the certified mail showing the signatures of the Experian representative who signed for all the letters I sent them, along with copies of the letters I sent asking Experian to remove the other inaccurate addresses (in those letters I attached 2 forms of ID with the correct address). In about 3 days after that last cfpb complaint, Experian finally took it off...and I think it was because I attached the copies of the certified mail where the Experian representative signed from each time I mailed them. ATTACH YOUR RECEIPTS when you send in your cfpb complaints yall!! And now, I'm gonna see if I can get that bankruptcy deleted...fingers crossed 🤞🤞🤞 (I'll keep you updated)
