J/V with Me
I am looking for someone to JV with. I currently do not have a full time vehicle as my girlfriend and I share it. We work opposite shifts. I have xleads basic at the moment, but will upgrade to xplan ASAP. I am willing to do all of the back-office work with the exception of finding the closing company if you are willing to do the in-person walkthroughs, property repair evaluations, and attend the closings.

I just bought the basic plan. Currently getting familiar with the system and setting everything up. I have dabbled with the system as far as prop search and the skip tracing is pretty damn accurate because I looked up family members properties and compared the skip numbers to their actual number and almost all were correct.
