I put this outfit together for a funeral and my wife couldn't get past the shoes. A pair of Stacy Adams "Wayde" plain toe oxford she just kept calling them "sexy shoes." I'm glad I chose them and just a great illustration of how shoes can accentuate an outfit.
the best part is that this gets to be a running bit going forward. anytime the two of you are talking about going out somewhere fancy, you'll get to drop a line like "maybe I'll wear my sexy shoes 😏" and she'll probably be delighted every time
OK, so by introducing yourself you are guaranteed to get to level 2 - it's really that easy and I LOVE learning more about the cool people in this group. Feel free to share where you're from, why you're here, what you do for a living, and what you like about style. Are you a watch guy, suit guy, fragrance guy, or maybe just getting started? Have fun here!
Howdy. My name is Brian. I live in Los Angeles. I’m a Product Manager for software by day, a Tarot Reader by night. I’ve spent a lot of my life seeing clothes as an afterthought, but lately I’m trying to make it more of a priority. I’m aiming for a vintage bohemian vibe that veers more towards the classy side. When it comes to new acquisitions, I’d rather be buying something made in the 60’s or 70’s. If it’s going to be new, it has to be high quality. Big fan of Saddleback Leather. Looking for other brands that have similar high standards.
