Wanted to mention that I checked off a bucket list item this weekend! I lifted at Muscle Beach in Venice Beach California. Always wanted to ever since I started following Arnold and the other guys who formed bodybuilder culture. It was so much fun!

Hey guys! Just wanted to say we just hit 50 members. This is only the beginning. Super pumped to be on this journey with all of you. Thanks for being here. What is a win you can share? For me, it's that I have consistently lifted long enough to really know my way around the gym. Might sound like a small thing, but I go in there with a plan, I know what I'm doing, and I get it done. It didn't used to be that way. I'd love to hear your wins!

What are your goals this month?
For me, I'm doing a round of Tesamorelin with Ipamorelin so I'm trying to maximize the results by eating a large amount of protein, lifting heavy and getting plenty of sleep. Will report how it goes.

I’m currently 188 trying to lean down to 180 ish. I’m trying to hit that “zone 2” cardio which I believe is 60-70% of maximum heart rate. I’ve read it works and targets fat loss without the cortisol spike. So if I can get leaner from a 45 min brisk walk a day as opposed to killing myself I’m all in haha. Been doing this for 2 weeks now. I need to be consistent with it so I can see for myself because on the surface it’s hard to believe a brisk walk targets fat better than total exhaustion. But I’m going to find out. Also if I’m off with this logic please anyone chime in!

Hey! If you're trying to figure out if you need to start TRT, this will help. I'm doing a series of videos all about TRT and it starts today. This one is how to raise your levels naturally. I always recommend at least trying to raise levels naturally before you go with testosterone replacement therapy. And like I said, if you're trying to decide, this will give you some great guidance...

How’d you feel at 2000+? That’s awesome. Great informative video! I’m I guess your classic lifter. Legs, chest tris, back, shoulders, biceps. That’s my weekly split. Maybe Id see better results if I added in more compound movements. I do workout hard most days so I push it pretty good. Just got my labs back today. This is where I’m at if anyone is interested. The more we know the better we can help each other!
