Hello everybody. So now that i can post I wanted to try to get feedback on where to start. I have watched other videos and listened to some audiobooks and it put me in more of a confused state. I see some peoples say to start with the sellers, some say start with the buyers and some say start with the title companies. I'm just trying to make sure I'm being ethical and honest with everybody i work with in the future.
