Inferno with electric stand - love it!
I received the 2 large and heavy boxes. I went to the website for some directions to put the stand together properly. Not the easiest thing to do, that’s for sure. My BF helped me as it was quite heavy, but well made. I have been listening to all the info offered here to understand how to use it! I started with 10 minutes and was happy it has a built in timer. I’ve had it almost a month and am up to 18 minutes, 9 minutes on my back and 9 minutes approx lying on my front. I use the googles provided when I am on my back facing the light. When I turn to my front, I take them off as I am not looking directly into the light… I feel great and have a bit of a routine with having my shower, wrapping the towel around me, going to my bed, laying down naked and turning on the Inferno pulling the stand on wheels over my body, turning over half way through…so far only missed one day… I had a sprained knee that has been giving me problems for a few years now, it feels better and stronger. I have a patch of psoriasis on my back of my neck at my hairline, it seems to be getting better, less itchy, so less dandruff. So far so good! In BC Canada, so not enough sun, especially in the fall/winter/spring. I got the blue light blocking glasses for all the time I spent on my laptop for work…they were solid frame, good weight and quality.
