How to use
Hello I would like please to know how to use my Krypton lamp please? How long use per day, which mode (red, IR, NIR, UVA, UVB), in which order and how long each mode, which part of the body, which distance, do we need to protect the eyes, which moment of the day is better, etc? I want to use for vitamine D and optimise my energie etcâŚthanks in advance

Yes, you can get a tan from the Krypton, since it includes both UVA and UVB wavelengths. especially if your skin is fair or you use it consistently. But itâs design is also for therapeutic use than cosmetic tanning, so the intensity is lower than a tanning bed. The real magic is in how it supports hormone health, vitamin D synthesis, and skin regeneration without the downsides of overexposure.
