My Personal Update: Retatrutide Micro-Dosing + Tirzepatide Stack (Week 2)
I wanted to share a real-time update with you guys since I know a lot of you are curious about stacking + micro-dosing strategies: Current Protocol (for transparency)- - Retatrutide: 0.5 mg→ Wednesday + Friday - Tirzepatide: 7 mg→ Monday What I’m Noticing So Far- Appetite / Food Behavior: - Zero cravings… like NONE - I literally don’t want anything - I can’t finish a plate of food - Actually having to force myself to eat This is way stronger appetite suppression than what I’ve ever experienced before. Body Changes (Already ): - Rings are feeling looser - Pants are feeling looser This early tells me there’s likely: - Rapid inflammation drop - Possible water weight shift - Early fat loss starting Side Effect Check: - Leg fatigue was pretty intense three nights ago and carried into the next day. Better yesterday and today, but still noticeable. My Take So Far: This combo is VERY potent—even at micro-dose levels. What stands out most: - Appetite suppression is on another level - You will need to be intentional about eating enough - Your body is clearly shifting metabolically very quickly When you hit the point of: - No hunger - No cravings - Struggling to eat That’s not always a flex—it can become a problem if you’re under-fueling Things I’m personally paying attention to: - Getting enough protein - Staying hydrated - Electrolytes (especially with that leg fatigue) What I’m Watching Moving Forward: - Energy levels - Muscle retention - Continued side effects (especially fatigue) - How sustainable this feels I Want to Hear From You: - Anyone else experimenting with micro-dosing strategies? - Have you noticed stronger suppression with stacking vs solo? - Anyone experience leg fatigue like this? I’m confused on splitting Reta dosages when everything I read about it’s half life is on day 6. 🧐 if I understand the literature correctly, this split dosing doesn’t allow for the build up in your body to achieve the benefit it’s designed to provide. I’m curious around this decision as I’m also on Reta with two monthly small Tirz injections mainly to focus on keeping inflammation in check

I have read Lipo C needs to be refrigerated to that it doesn’t . I have mine in a cool space in my bathroom. Is this ok? Taking first dose today. Thanks

49 & Menopause - Need help getting started
Hello! I will be ordering this week from Jade Nexus. I need help getting started. I would like to start with Tirz & Slupp-332. 1) How much should I order of each 2) How much Bact. Water does each need 3) What daily schedule do I use each? I’ve done the HCG protocol before. But that was very easy to understand & implement on my own. Any books that I can be referring to would be great too! Thank you, I’m looking forward to starting this journey of a healthier me!

Tirz was a game changer for me - I’ll be 50 this spring. I also incorporated Lipo-c (no recon needed). I inject Lipo-c the day after Tirz and then again a few days later. The inflamation I had in my knees was gone the first week. I did feel a little crummy the first month after each injection but after that it was smooth sailing. I’ve lost 55lbs and hope to rid my body of 30 more. I wish I would have started this journey sooner. I wish you all the best. I’m so excited for you and your new journey

@Maria Morrison hi! I started the first week of May 2025. I’ve been on a 6 week stall ☹️ but I’m making a few changes and started to see the scale slowly drop again. I started incorporating Lipo-c around August 2025. I started out with 1/2mL, 2/week. That’s 50 units in a 100 unit syringe. Now I’m at 1mL 3/week. Dose in the morning so it doesn’t interfere with sleep. I already have a rough time sleeping as it is. I love the energy I feel over several days after injection day. It’s been something I’ve really enjoyed. With Tirz - I opt to spread my dose into 2/days per week. I quickly noticed the food noise returning around day 3 post injection. My days are Weds/Saturdays. So my Lipo-c days are Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday. Let me know if you have any other questions 🫶🏻🙂🫶🏻
