Reconstitution and EZ Pen/Peptipen How To.
Here’s a 32 minute instructional video I made to show steps for reconstitution and how easy it is to set up the Jade Nexus EZ Pen. There is a step by step written guide in the Skool group also. If anyone has any questions, please reach out and I’ll be happy to help. (Please ignore the million times I say “um” and “so” in the video- I’m trying to do better and my video editing software was not being cooperative- so, I just gave up!😆) EZ Pen: JADE NEXUS http://jadenexus.net/?ref=KRISTINA Discount Code: KRISTINA Peptipen: peptipen.com 10% OFF- KRISTINA10

7x Peptide Testing vs. Traditional Peptide Testing: What’s the Difference?
https://www.tiktok.com/@walter.white.pep/video/7647247828649119006?is_from_webapp=1&sender_device=pc&web_id=7647595593958802974 One of the most common questions I get is: "What does 7x testing actually mean, and is it better than traditional testing?" The answer isn't quite as simple as "more testing = better," but understanding the differences can help you make more informed decisions when choosing a peptide supplier. Traditional Peptide Testing Most reputable vendors provide a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) showing: ✅ Identity testing (confirming the peptide is what it claims to be) ✅ Purity testing (determining how much of the vial contains the intended peptide versus impurities) ✅ Sometimes quantity/content verification For many research purposes, this level of testing is considered adequate when performed by a legitimate third-party laboratory. What is 7x Testing? "7x Testing" generally refers to a more comprehensive quality control process where multiple analytical tests are performed on a peptide batch. Depending on the vendor, these tests may include: • Identity Confirmation • Purity Analysis • Peptide Content Verification • Mass Spectrometry • Heavy Metal Testing • Residual Solvent Testing • Endotoxin Testing • Sterility or Microbial Testing The exact testing panel varies by company, so it's important to ask what "7x testing" actually includes rather than assuming all vendors test for the same things. Benefits of 7x Testing ✔ Greater transparency ✔ Additional quality assurance ✔ More data available to researchers ✔ Potentially better detection of contaminants or manufacturing issues ✔ Increased confidence in batch consistency For researchers who value extensive documentation and quality control, the extra testing can provide peace of mind. Potential Drawbacks of 7x Testing ⚠ Higher product costs due to additional laboratory expenses

Why GLP-1 Weight Loss Plateaus Happen (And What To Do About It)
Let's talk about something almost everyone experiences on a GLP-1: The dreaded weight loss plateau. In the beginning, the weight seems to fall off effortlessly. The scale moves every week, your clothes fit differently, and motivation is sky-high. Then one day... Nothing. The scale stalls. The frustration sets in. Before you assume the medication has "stopped working," understand this: Plateaus are normal. In fact, they happen to nearly everyone. Why Weight Loss Slows Down: Your body is designed for survival. Its primary job is to maintain balance (homeostasis), not continuously lose weight. As you lose body fat, your body begins adapting to its new normal: -Your metabolism becomes more efficient -You burn fewer calories at rest -Your body tries to conserve energy -Hunger-regulating hormones begin adjusting Clinical studies of GLP-1 medications like Semaglutide and Tirzepatide show impressive weight loss results, but most people eventually experience a slowdown or plateau after months of treatment. That doesn't mean you've failed. It means your body is doing exactly what it was designed to do. What's Happening Behind the Scenes? Your Metabolism Adapts As body weight decreases, resting metabolic rate naturally declines. The body starts requiring fewer calories to function than it did at a higher weight. At the same time: - Muscle mass may decrease if protein intake and resistance training are inadequate - Fewer calories are burned during digestion - Energy efficiency improves The result? The calorie deficit that once produced rapid weight loss may no longer be enough. You Move Less Without Realizing It: Researchers call this NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis). As calories decrease and body weight drops, many people unconsciously: - Walk less - Fidget less - Stand less - Move less throughout the day These small changes can reduce daily calorie expenditure significantly over time. Hormones Fight Back: Weight loss affects several hormones involved in appetite and metabolism:

Thank you for this Kristina. As you know I’ve been very frustrated lately. Scale hadn’t moved in 3 months. Body shape has changed some too. Just last night, I sat and thought about what have I done differently. Or haven’t I done is more like it. You just confirmed my thoughts. I used to walk outdoors or use my walking pad 5 days a week. Made sure I got 10,000 steps in Or more. Worked up to 5 miles. After i almost got to my goal last year, i gained 15 lbs over the Thanksgiving & Christmas Holidays. I can only lose 4 lbs since. However I have been all these things you mentioned . lazy to exercise, stress, not as much sleep. I ride a stationary bike maybe 2x a week. I don’t move around much consistently. I told my sister this morning, I bet this is why. I need to get back to exercising . Time to get the walking pad out and start outdoor walking too. It Worked before. Going to make every effort I can to do better. Your message gave me total confirmation it’s not the mess but me. Let’s go! Thank you !

Community Poll: Would You Be Interested in Member-Only GLP Peptides?
I'm considering offering GLP peptides exclusively to members of this group. If I move forward with this, all products would be: ✅ Third-party laboratory tested ✅ Accompanied by Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) ✅ Sourced with transparency and quality as the priority Before I spend the time and resources researching this further, I'd like to know what the community would actually want. Which GLP peptide would you be most interested in purchasing? 🌟Tirzepatide (Tirz) 🌟Retatrutide (Reta) 🌟Semaglutide (Sema) In the comments, tell me: 1. Which peptide you would be most interested in. 2. What vial size (mg) you would prefer (e.g., 10mg, 15mg, 30mg, etc.). 3. What is most important to you when choosing a supplier (price, testing, purity, shipping speed, customer support, etc.). Your feedback will help determine whether this is something worth pursuing for the group.

Tirz 30,60 Reta 30.. Price, purity and testing are probably most important for me too. It would be great to receive from you knowing you are trustworthy.

Yes, quality sprays. I use it twice a week..first, I used the tanning bed a couple times a week when i started the spray. I was going to Jamaica a few weeks later so wanted a good start of a tan beforehand. I got lots of sun. My tan was way better than my bf .’s . I didn’t a sun burn either by sunbathing there. I usually do. Even my feet are dark. lol. I get compliments on my tan allot. I do maintain with the spray 1X a week and get some sun or use the tannings bed 1X. The nasal Spray helps to have a nice deep tan. And even
