So good I listened to it twice! Having a therapist is so important. For me, I got diagnosed last year at age 44 with ADHD, and this has impacted almost every life since childhood. Yes, even major struggles with content creation and overcoming limiting beliefs. Thanks for being open and vulnerable, and embracing this stigmatized topic with open arms.
