Low dose GLP-1 experience?
I'm currently on HRT and my dr is supportive of starting microdosed GLP-1s to help with other issues (weight, inflammation, cholesterol & LDL, etc). Admittedly I am nervous. I'm concerned about some of the really bad side effects, but more so life long reliance. I know Kaylyn suggests tirzepatide for fewer side effects. Has anyone successfully used them to improve their health, then wean off successfully and keep the weight off and improved health? If so I'm curious what that looked like for you.

I’m doing a very small .5 dose of Retatrutide. It’s a GLP-3. I’m trying to build muscle and the other GLP’s make that virtually impossible. I have done Tirz in micro doses and I will say it helped significantly w my inflammation in my hips and knees. I have not been on the Reta long enough to know if it’s going to help w that same inflammation. I’m feeling it terribly so I pray it kicks in soon. You do not have to have script for the Reta either.

Peri and 🍄🟫🦠
Does anyone else have issues during peri with more 🍄🟫 and/or 🦠 stuff going on down there? I get what I unaffectionately call "butt fungus" with nearly every cycle now, and just feel gross.

I’m in menopause and yes I have what stop I call chronic BV that I cannot get to go away (my only symptom is slight discomfort almost like the start of a yeast infection). I have had this issue since peri-menopause. Boric inserts several days a week help but just when you think it’s gone that little ‘feeling’ comes back. Idk what to do. I have done antibiotics etc.
