Does anyone have a form or something similar they send to the client to fill out in order to get all the information needed for A2P? Trying to streamline the process.

If I run ads for a client and want to follow up with leads using texting, do I also need to register the client with A2P the same way as I would for DR?

I need help with getting my A2P approved. Do I need a landing page(s)? Can anyone provide some guidance?
