This VS Code plugin updates your .cursorrules file every time you save a file. 1. Install the plugin. Search "File Tree Context" in the extensions browser (there are a few, see the attached image) 2. Visualizing software architecture can be achieved through different “architecture as code” approaches and analysis techniques. Below we compare LikeC4, the general C4 model (and its usage via various tools), and Structurizr, focusing on: (1) how well they can reverse-engineer diagrams from existing code (especially JavaScript projects), and (2) whether they support auto-updating diagrams when code changes. We then explore other tools and methods, including static and runtime analysis, plus best practices for architecture visualization across different tech stacks.
