#8 under contract for 2026
Just put #8 under contract 🥳🥳 listed Friday, multiple offers by Monday morning! I have heard a great Broker I know say more times than I can count that if you price it right it will sell! And this one went in a neighborhood that has taken 30+ days to go under contract! So what did I do? I went to a Super Bowl party in that neighborhood with 15+ neighbors and told everyone how I had multiple offers for it in days. Lead came from a post I made in that neighborhood group over a year ago. POST YOUR WINS, I promise you referrals will come from it!!
Sent out first offer
I sent out my first offer on a home this morning. Now we wait and see what the seller decides… but a first of many!

2 steps forward and 1 step back, learn from the step back but focus on the 2 forward! You’ll get the next one brother, get them back out looking ASAP! 👊

Intro
Hi everyone!! I have been in the business since 2019 and the last 4 years averaging around 10 million in volume every year strictly off of referrals and my sphere. Really excited to take the next step this year and go after paid leads too! So far this year I have 7 pending and the most I have done in a year was 63 so it’s a good start for me. If you are outside OKC text me your contact card and I’ll make sure to send you any referals I get in your area! 918-850-9687 Let’s all have a big 2026 🥂

@Angela Burrows Being known as the expert of all things real estate in any friend group has been the best referral source. I get most referrals/contacts in person. Always have a real estate hat on or some type of branding but the key in my opinion is in the conversation. Best way to start a real estate conversation is give a compliment (if you are in their house then make it about the house) or ask them about their job kids ect. Most will ask you about yours and then you tell them how helped a client win. And it always flows from there. What things add value to a property vs what you’ll just be throwing your money away on is by far the #1 subject I have found gets people interested. Also I use my social media, I post everything in one place. It doesn’t matter if it’s business, a joke, fitness, my frenchie, or family I post it all. People like getting to know you. (Like and comment on your friends posts too, you’ll stay top of mind) AND they will see your posts in their feed if you have been interacting with them. And do not be afraid to ask if they own their house and when they plan to move next. “Is this your forever home or do you plan to make a move at some point?” Favorite question to ask, almost nobody says forever home and it leads you to your next questions!
I get paid to have the hard conversations
This is my motto this year and its already paying off. I had a contract bust on a listing-buyer backed out. The seller was in an emotional state and wanted a release from our listing agreement. I had the hard conversations, stood my ground because I knew I did not do anything wrong. The home went back on the market, with in a few days we were back under contract after multiple offers.
