@Gordon Watson im trying to find your red folder method in our previous videos, but for the life of me cannot find it. I thought it was in the first or 2nd video we had. Are you able to give me a brief overview if it again? Was going to try it this weekend

Been pretty busy this week, but I had a closing on Monday… had a closing today… have another closing on Monday next week (as long as everything goes how it should. Worst case on Friday). Then one more for the week after. Let’s go!!

@Candie Lindsay I’m learning ways to basically start a conversation and weave in that I’m a realtor etc. I can talk with people, but I find it a bit more difficult for me to start the conversation. Once the convo is going I can be with them, but starting a bit of a task for me. They have a series of questions called FORD. Family, occupation, recreation, and dreams. If I can practice these I feel it should help me get my COI up
