Value?
What are you doing different than other agents in your area? How do you differentiate your value?

I feel like this questions is often over analyzed. I was challenged to answer it recently and how to present it. My top ones are communication (tell me when to expect it, frequency and the information they’ll receive, etc), transparency (honest communication about feedback, market updates, how you are marketing, etc), prospecting (most agents are not doing this, tell them how you prospecting daily, network, doorknocking, etc). Basically, if you are a proactive agent, your daily schedule is what sets you apart from the competition. You just need to learn how to communicate it to the clients.
Adding value to COI and PC
What topics of value do you bring to your PC and COIs when you call them once a quarter without the conversation being repetitive? Different ideas: -Documents to do taxes -Homestead exemption/Senior freeze for property taxes -Contractors for repairs -Shopping insurance -Client events -Warranty follow up for buyers -Market updates I would love to hear what you bring for buyers, sellers, PC and COI. Thanks for brainstorming!
Managing sickness and work
Single parent an home with sick kiddos. I still managed to get in half of my normal prospecting time and hit my contact goal for the day.
It's Hunting Season Every Day!
The Master Circle: Converting FSBOs and FRBOs into Listings In this professional development session, the Master Circle coaching group provides actionable strategies for real estate agents to increase productivity and secure listings. Steve Powers emphasizes that the primary objective of every lead interaction is to book a face-to-face appointment rather than merely building rapport. A significant portion of the training focuses on systematically targeting for-sale-by-owners (FSBOs) by maintaining consistent contact to capture them at their highest point of "pain" or urgency. Steve also highlights the value of for-rent-by-owners as a long-term database, noting that landlords often decide to sell when faced with maintenance costs or non-paying tenants. Agents are encouraged to use credibility-based scripts that focus on recent sales success and the "waking up" of home equity to persuade sellers. Ultimately, the session underscores that consistent, high-volume prospecting is the most reliable path to achieving significant financial success in the industry. @Candie Lindsay I’m not seeing where to go for this. It could also be I am attempting from my phone.
COI Listing
Took a listing of a family member whose home I sold about 1.5 years, who also came to me as a referral.
