I know this was not an answer choice, but with blunt abdominal trauma, how could you differentiate a splenic rupture and a liver laceration? @Michael Boyhan

@Jose Pacheco @Raphael Estevez So it’s peanut and soy allergies because older formulations of Atrovent inhalers used soy lecithin. Soy lecithin can contain trace amounts of soy protein, so in theory, this could trigger an allergic reaction in people with severe soy or peanut allergies. Here’s th catch though, modern Atrovent inhalers no longer use soy lecithin so from what I’ve seen the FDA and manufacturers have since removed the peanut/soy allergy contraindication.
