Last week we talked about what discipline is. This week we’re going a little deeper👏🏽 Discipline isn’t just something you do, it’s who you’re becoming. Most people treat discipline like a task. The ones who transform treat it like an identity. You’re not someone trying to be consistent — you ARE someone who shows up. Every rep, every meal prepped, every step you get in, every check-in you send — it’s a vote for the person you’re becoming. You’re not building a habit. You’re building YOU. This week’s challenge: Catch yourself saying “I’m trying to…” and replace it with “I am someone who…” Who are you becoming this month? Drop it below and say it out loud🗣️

Stay prepared and structured! When there’s no plan, it becomes really easy to skip the workout, grab fast food, or push things off until tomorrow. Discipline gets easier when life is prepared🔥 Plan your workouts ahead of time. Prepare meals before you’re hungry, and protect your recovery and sleep! You don’t have to change everything this week. Small preparations create momentum. Stay committed! What’s one thing you’re preparing this weekend?
