Fitness is no different than anything else in life. If you just keep showing up and being consistent you'll eventually get to your goal. Some days we get 1% better and other days 10% better. As long you're getting 1% better you're going the right direction. Don't focus on the timeline but instead focus on the consistency.

Reflecting on the past couple of months, I have seen God’s faithfulness all throughout my journey. I don’t take this process lightly, I’m becoming who God created me to be. I have learned how to love myself, be gentle and give myself grace. It has taken mindset shifts and discipline I have never experienced before. So many thought patterns have come up as I do the work to better myself inside and out. But God is faithful. He has corrected me, encouraged me and strengthened me to push past moments when I wanted to quit. I desire that my whole being would glorify the Lord and testify of His goodness. HUGE shoutout to my coach Leah . She has been the best coach and an answered prayer. I’m so grateful for all the moments of encouragement, knowledge and support. I could not do it without you Leah!!💖
