🫵 Community Guidelines 🫵
1. No Unsolicited DMs - Do not message other members to sell services, pitch offers, or solicit business. If someone wants to work with you, they'll reach out. Violations will result in immediate removal. 2. Keep Sales in Public - If you want to share what you do, post it in the community where everyone can see and engage. This keeps things transparent and valuable for all members. 3. Sharing Your Videos - You're welcome to share your videos, but include a lesson with it - what did you learn from making it? Why does it matter for your business? Help others learn from your experience. 4. Be Helpful First - Lead with value. Answer questions, share insights, and contribute to discussions. Building genuine relationships is how real opportunities happen. 5. Respect & Professionalism - Disagree respectfully - attack ideas, not people. Keep language professional. 6. Protect Member Privacy - Don't share screenshots of DMs or private conversations without permission. What's shared in the group stays in the group. 7. One Account Per Person - No fake accounts or multiple profiles. 8. Platform Rules Apply - Follow Skool's Terms of Service. Mods have final say on enforcement. Enforcement: First violation = warning. Second violation = removal. Aggressive or generally weird behavior = immediate ban. Most importantly: Have fun, share your work, engage with the community. We're going to build something awesome together.

You're not doing "enough"
There's mixed messaging when it comes to content. Specifically, how much content you should post. One side will tell you, "Post everywhere." The other will say, "Master one platform first." Both pieces of advice are deceptive to the beginner. When you post everywhere, you dilute your messaging. When you post on one platform you may never find your audience. So what should you do? I recently hit 2K followers on LinkedIn in about 4 months. That's the fastest I've hit that milestone on any platform. But I did it by using a combination of the above advice. And it's simple for beginners. (btw I love simple systems). Here it is: Don't post on one platform. Post one idea daily. Don't post everywhere. Post your one idea where your audience hangs out. Let me break this down. I run a YouTube agency and my ideal audience are coaches. So, I think of ideas that solve their problems. For example, if a coach wants to make more money, they need to book more calls. The problem is this: "I want to book more calls but don't know how." So my post will present a solution...the YouTube Sales Funnel. In the post, I'll explain why it works (proof) and break down the process (value). And bang, that's my "idea" for the day. Now, the important part is posting this idea where my audience hangs out. After lots of testing, I know my audience hangs out on YouTube, LinkedIn, and X. So I take my one idea and distribute it to those platforms. I don't copy/paste the exact post. Different platforms require different content frameworks. But with AI, it's simple enough to repurpose and save time. And it allows you do much more. I.E. get more attention, faster. You don't need to post everywhere. You shouldn't post on one platform. Be intentional about the process, and you'll "do more" as a result.

Let’s go
What topics should I talk about?
Hey guys, what content would you like to see from me. Some things I talk about already: 1. How to get consistent leads + nurture them 2. How to build brand trust through video content 3. How to save time on content production 4. Why organic beats an ads-only approach 5. "How to" YouTube - ideation, scripting, filming, editing, SEO Those are pain points I know my ICP deals with, and I'll split it into actionable, educational, and case study style content. Comment 1 idea and I'll make a video on it.

🎬 Welcome to the Videos to Leads Skool group....I'm pumped you're here. If you joined this group, you probably know video is important for your business, but you're stuck on what to post, how to stay consistent, or whether anyone actually cares. I get it, because I tried everything to make my videos "work." But in 2021, I landed an 8-figure startup gig as a marketing manager. That's where it clicked. I learned how to run ads, build sales funnels, and create YouTube videos that actually sell...not just get views, but convert viewers into customers. Fast forward to today: I run a YouTube agency for coaches and other agencies. But here's the thing... Not everyone is ready (or needs) a full done-for-you agency. Some of you just need a system, consistency, and a community to keep you accountable. That's why this group exists. This is a place for small business owners who want to generate leads using strategic video content (without paying for ads or spamming their prospects with DMs). In this group, we'll focus on: ✅ Building trust through video ✅ Creating content that taps into buyer psychology ✅ Turning your expertise into a 24/7 lead generation system ✅ Using your content to "pre-sell" prospects and make $10k much easier I'll be sharing my latest videos, frameworks, and lessons I'm learning from running my agency so you can apply them to your own business. Now... 👋 Introduce Yourself! Drop a comment below and tell us: 1. Your name 2. What you do (keep it simple) 3. Your #1 goal for joining this group Hit the ❤️ on this post so I know you're not a bot. 🎁 THEN... Grab the 4 Pillar Content System (with AI prompts) and generate 240 video ideas that tap directly into your ideal buyer's psychology. Grab it. Generate your ideas. Write a script. Film it. And post it in the Skool.
