AI appointment booking SMS OR appointment setters?

Hey guys,

We are currently busy hiring an appointment setter to improve our service because we're expanding to the USA. (We only have dutch ISA's right now)

I was wondering where you guys find the best appointment setters in South America?

Also I was wondering if you guys tried any thing with AI appointment booking for your clients over SMS and if you are able to completely replace Appointment setters.
