Since retirement from being a US History teacher, I still feel the need to teach, share and think. I decided to start a community to share what I am most passionate about, developing speed. By teaching it helps me complete thoughts. I will share workouts that I either use for my own teams or indivduals, exercise ideas, review interesting research, video review of movements and whatever else I feel like doing to kill the time that you suddenly get when you retire.
