Hmm let's see. 45 next month, starting over again on my fitness journey. Trying something different this time and learning calisthenics. Looking to gain some mastery over my body and coordination while hopefully dropping about 50lbs.
@Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert definitely strength and where to start. I've had a drastic decrease in my overall strength this past year and I don't understand why. Even with strength training I have been losing strength. It's wild and I don't understand
