Sad news
I just found out that my niece Victoria Meza was murdered by her boyfriend. She went into ICU today and there's nothing they can do so they are going to pull the plug once her mom gets there. She was only 21 years old and her boyfriend beat her to death. Prayers for the family would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.

Bear I am sorry to hear about this devastating loss for your family. I will be praying for your family and all who knew and loved her to experience the soothing of the Balm of Gilead. This tragic loss affects so many in the community as well. May all find peace and comfort.

Hi there! Glad you are here as well. 😃
Dissecting Imposters Syndrome
That was amazing Adam and Jaggers. So reassuring no resolutions have to be made or more pressured heaped upon myself. I found the reasons Jaggers expressed for why we drop into impostors syndrome were very revealing. Like admitting the reason why can give us insight and a path toward authenticity. Thank you for the probbing questions and wisdom shared!
what thought keeps lingering?
just like the clouds thoughts roll on through, some light, some heavy, some dark, some scary, some pointless, and it is up to us, as the individual, to choose how we respond and to which we give energy to because... whatever we give energy to, whichever we "feed", will grow so we've got to ensure it's not the negative thought's we're entertaining! yes, by all means, acknowledge them but just simply let them roll on by without allowing them to attach and fester what's one thought you can never seem to shake so easily? 💞

Another thing to consider @Lisa Carver is your brain literally has to relearn how to live without your husband. His death is a death to your past identity so you literally are becoming a new person. Of course it is difficult to imagine a future because all the plans and things you imagined with him can no longer happen. So consider seeing yourself as a newborn: squinting at the bright light, vulnerable, emotionally "naked" trying to make sense of this new reality. Treat yourself with loving gentleness, even talking reassuringly to yourself as you would a baby. Everything you are doing to nurture yourself will pay off and you will find your way through. Remember you have others in here to come alongside you in your journey.
I promised myself!
In the last workshop that we got the blessing of the purchase one membership and you could give one to someone you know, I would of love to be in the position to do it for me and bless someone else, unfortunately I was not in the position of doing that! And this time around that we are being blessed one more time with the opportunity, Iam going to express the desire I have in my heart to ask this amazing community that if you find yourself in the position, and financially means to sign up to the 12 weeks training and you wish to bless someone with the heart full of gratitude, I would welcome the gift and be forever grateful! Iam putting it out in the universe and letting it go! Meanwhile Iam going to enjoy the gift we got because I know this gift will only continue to change my life! Thank you so much! I appreciate you all very much.
