This internal system clears up 80% of my agency’s noise
Everyone wants to automate external client work But internal chaos kills momentum faster than bad leads Here’s a system I use to stay clean inside the agency: • All incoming leads go into Airtable via forms or scraped lists • GPT auto-tags based on biz type and lead quality • Notion logs every contact touchpoint + proposal sent • Daily summary sent to me on Telegram with what’s pending and what’s closed Your daily tasks should be like a well-oiled machine. If you’re serious about building long-term you need ops systems just as much as client ones

@Angel Alfredo Telegram is the standard i use for internal team comms and on the client side. All groups, communities etc. are hosted on TG.
🚨 Hiring: n8n + GPT Automation Specialist
I run a lean agency helping businesses save time and make money through smart automations. Looking for a reliable operator to handle technical fulfillment (n8n workflows + GPT agents). Project-based work, async, clean briefs. DM me with 2–3 examples if you're sharp and ready.

@Kevin J Clean work Kevin. Your logic flow and modular setup are solid, exactly the type of operator mindset I’m looking for I’ll shoot you an email later today so we can keep the convo going and explore a potential fit for client builds

@Jerome De jesus Hi, sent a DM
The easiest way to lose a client is to close them before your backend is ready
If you’re building an AI automation agency and you don’t have your delivery mapped clearly before selling... you’re gambling your reputation Here’s how I structured fulfillment before sending a single cold email: • Clear line between operator work and founder work • SOPs for delivery broken into 3 levels — intake setup handover • Folder structure that matches client journey start to finish • Onboarding doc that makes subcontractor ramp-up take 15 mins max Now when leads come in the only bottleneck is me choosing the right client not figuring out how to deliver
Systematizing > Hustling (My Agency Backend Setup)
Over the past week, I’ve been building the backend of my lean AI automation agency dialing in ops, delivery, and fulfillment before going hard on client acquisition 2 vetted automation operators on standby Offer stack mapped + validated Internal SOPs + onboarding doc ready First outreach sequences in testing I’d rather build something that scales without breaking Next step: onboarding the first 3 high-leverage clients If you’re building similar, happy to swap notes

Why do A.I Agencies not know how to market?
Everyone is ALWAYS looking for more clients no matter the niche... and B2B Client Acquisition in a nutshell is just a Google Sheet full of dudes named “James (warm)”. Who’ve been “waiting on budget” since Q3 last year. Bro’s not waiting on budget — he’s waiting on God to send him a sign that he even needs your offer 💀 listen.. i'm not here to sell you anything like everyone else I don't have an a.i solution for you thats going to magically book you 100 appointments a month.. maybe i do... but your not getting it INSTEAD i'm going to show you how to build it STEP BY STEP so you can tailor it directly for YOUR Business - which is exactly what i've done here with this A.I Client Infrastructure that runs on auto after its setup without you needing to touch a single BUTTON...
