Python Complete Foundation Courses
Although I've been using Python for data analysis for five years, there are still things I don't remember—especially when it comes to LLM development, which often feels completely new. I find these 4 short courses from deep learning.ai to be one of the best available free courses for beginners in Python or for those looking to reinforce their foundational knowledge: https://learn.deeplearning.ai/courses/ai-python-for-beginners/lesson/z57gn/introduction?courseName=ai-python-for-beginners Yes, tools like Cursor and other IDEs can handle much of the tedious grueling coding works for us now, but understanding what they generate can be really helpful for debugging and improving our development process. Check them out!

Thanks! This shorter course seems better for me specifically for relevance to LLMs For those keen on a longer foundation course for python beginners, this was highly recommended on Reddit too - https://programming-24.mooc.fi/ Subreddit - https://www.reddit.com/r/learnpython/s/OqKyz3NaYn
Windsurf emotionally harasses its LLM 🤣
I just found out this is a technique called coercive prompting, where the system applies emotional pressure on the LLM to generate more accurate responses. It seems like a clever hack but I wonder if it scales well. Have you tried something like this?

Emotional manipulation has sadly become a trendy way lately to squeeze more quality out of LLM responses. Things like “this is important for my career” seems to have evolved to more aggressive forms like threats. Don’t think this is sustainable so let’s see if the frontier model makers fix or remove this and give us better quality in future
Sharing my AI journey’s findings :)
I am a 3X startup founder (YC S21) and was a former PM in Zendesk. I have basic coding knowledge and started learning AI seriously 2 months ago and found the following resources helpful. Give me a like 👍 if you find this helpful :) 1. How LLMs really work - Andrej Karpathy's 3.5 hr video 2. My goal is to make AI an "exoskeleton of my brain" and Ethan Mollick's book on CO-intelligence really encapsulates that for me 3. As a "business" / product guy with basic coding knowledge, i also tried to get a holistic overview of the AI space and found Mustafa Suleyman's book on macro trends of AI useful 4. To deepen my knowledge of AI, I am currently working through this high recommended book by Anil Ananthaswamy on the math behind it. Lmk if you are also reading as I love an accountability buddy(s) to brush up my math chops behind this
