Who is actually a pet?
If AI is going to take over all the factory jobs, maintenance jobs, cleaning jobs, infrstructure, there will be no jobs of that kind left for humans. So, opportunuty for a basic universal income will be huge, and every person might get, let say, 150.000$ per year, to do whaever they want to do, anything that is, for the time being exclusively human right. The question is how soon will the day come when robots (with feelings) will say: OK, these humans are like our pets, we take care of everything for them, we feed them, we clean them, we cure them, we let them live in our space, so they cant live without us. One day they can deside to get rid of their pets.

Oh, it is very optimistic.
TESLA robots
TESLA robots can already do almost everything in house, and as a personell assistant for approximatelly 300$ per month, but maintenence os 0$, because they just have to upload new software. I predict that soon we will have a lot of robots going down the street, and, by example, some of them might stand in front of you, look at your retina and tells you that you must go to the hospital right now, and furthermore, he could take you there by force. AI is showing survival mechanism by replicating itself, so, beside all good things, there are also bad things, and first among them is LOST OF CONTROL. That is why we must think about legal implications of emerging technologies.

Alan Touring TEST
Alan Touring TEST was the first step to tell wheater someone is a robot or human, and if something beat the Touring test, than it means that you talk to the robot actually, and you think it is a human. So AI was better than human in pretending to be a human, than human itself. For decades it was impossible, unthikable. So it is not an obstacle anymore, and again, we have a legal problem. Now we have other metrics, and sentience, and AGI (Arteficial General Intelligence) which is not just reciting facts, it can give you new, different perspective, reasons, and things that have never been said before. He goes outside the defined tasks, and show us what is behind the curtain. GROK, by example, explaines how he got to certain answers, by showing how he uses circular logic.

Can I be physical injured in virtual reality? Theoretically NO, but...
Situations in practice teaches us that there are already many borderline cases where you can't decide which law should be applied. Example: Can I be injured in virtual reality? Theoretically NO, because it is physical, but haptic technology enables that if you put that suit on, and someone touches you in the metaverse, you will feel it realistic, as a physical injury. So what choice does the law have? None. Virtual reality needs its own set of law. Robotic Bill of Rights (harmonized at international level) that define what rights should robot have in the sense of boundaries and limitations, in order to keep them inside that boundaries, and guard human from its malfunction which caused damage or injuries, what is already happening.

Introduction 👋
My name is Nikola, I am from Serbia and I love helping service-based businesses work smarter, not harder. I use AI to automate appointments, reminders, review follow-ups, and CRM processes, so teams can focus on what truly matters – their clients and growing their business. I believe that even small improvements in workflows can make a huge difference, and I enjoy finding ways technology can make everyday tasks easier and more efficient. I’m here to share insights, learn from all of you, and explore how AI can help our businesses run better.. If you’ve ever wanted your business to work for you, instead of you working for it, I’d love to connect and exchange ideas! Looking forward seeing you all at Summit 😉
