Just made my company newsletter interactive
I just figured out that I could transform my company newsletter into an interactive tool. First thing I did was enable commenting and offer a $10 bonus for the first comment every week for the next 4 weeks. We're trying to make our company more engaging, since we're completely remote. The screenshot shows the end of the form. I'm still editing details, but I got so excited and wanted to share. Every day... every single day... I am completely blown away by the upgrade in technology we're all experiencing right now.

We just try to learn and help each other. Personally I do not call that a newsletter. But if this setup works for you then I am happy for you ๐Ÿ˜Ž

@Ruby Sparks in my opinion a newsletter is spread by e-mail with several topics and you can click on the topics that interest you. But as said it matters that it works for you.
I come asking for help!
Because of the Amazing support you all gave for the first Round Wylder (my step daughter) made it into the second round! You can vote once a day and some days are 2x votes ! I would love love love if any of you support her going to work with some of the best animal rescues in the world to just cast at least one free vote if you can! You can vote here! Not Ai related so sorry for that ! Wylder | Junior Ranger

Website migration
Small W but a W nonetheless. Had a website provider Iโ€™ve used for years $99/mo with boiler templates. Most people in my industry use it because itโ€™s โ€œoptimizedโ€ for that industry. I never customized content other than the landing page with our brand and voice. Created a workspace for the website migration to take our brand and design from the old site. Did some SEO research so we could migrate and improve at the same time. New website setup $0/mo using GitHub and netlify. Saves me more than a VIP membership monthly! Stages inside the website workspace 1_SEO: researches a plan for website content 2_copy: writes copy based on seo plan 3_ux: checks ux flow of content with goal of form fill out being success 4_analytics: measure traffic and form fills to test success of SEO plans from research. Now to ditch the $200+/mo CRM *MCP friendly shell* Not building one from scratch

Great that it works for you but be aware website and especially CRM need updating technology and security all the time. Since AI hacker attacks have increased.

A form on a website means GDPR rules apply. You mention trust when your website is easy to hack it is not good for trust. Do it but make sure you protect yourself and your brand. I also did not touch yet about accessibility check here if you need to comply https://www.ada.gov/topics/title-iii/
Tools first for agentic AI and no user interface
I have been thinking about this for some time that we will not use UI anymore but just tell our AI what needs to happen and our tool will do it. Next step is we have an AI assistant that is using the tool for us. Chris Lema who I respect highly for years made this reality by building a CRM tool without UI. https://chrislema.com/agentic-software-crm-no-ui
๐Ÿ† WEEKLY COMP #2 WINNER: VIRGILIO ROBINSON ๐Ÿ†
๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ @Virgilio Robinson just won a free seat in The Lyceum. ๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ Pick your cohort, my guy. Technical, Business, or Creator. It's yours. Why @Virgilio Robinson won: Most entries built a calculator with Marcus's voice on top. Virgilio built a system. Check it out: https://areweok.netlify.app ๐Ÿง  Built around the person, not the spreadsheet. Most calculators ask for income and savings. Virgilio's intake starts with who relies on you, how decisions get made at home, and how the worry actually feels. That's the difference between a tool and a planner. ๐ŸŽฏ It actually solves Marcus's problem. A prospect fills it out before the call. They get a real read on where they stand. Marcus walks into the meeting already knowing the numbers AND the emotional context. Hour saved, conversation deeper. โœ๏ธ The voice is Marcus. "Matthew, I can tell you're the kind of person who carries the weight of everyone else's financial security on your shoulders." That's not a calculator output. That's a planner who paid attention. ๐ŸŽš๏ธ The "what moves the needle" sliders. Three levers: save more, earn more, work longer. Live recalc against the target. This is exactly what Marcus asked for when he said "give them a path, not a verdict." ๐Ÿ“… It closes the loop. Email plus three preferred dates, sent straight to Marcus. The only entry that took the prospect all the way to a booked conversation. Real talk for everyone else. This was a tight one. There were several entries that could have won. The bar this week was higher than Week 1 and the work showed it. If you didn't win, that doesn't mean your entry was off. It means Virgilio went further. A lot of you built tools that nailed the voice. A lot of you built tools that nailed the math. Virgilio built one that did both AND thought about how Marcus actually runs his business. That's the lesson. The brief is never just the brief. The brief is a person trying to solve a real problem.

Wow @Virgilio Robinson i just filled in your system and I am very impressed how personal you made it. The answer it gave also going into the way I would like to live in my retirement is impressive. Very well deserved that you win it is much more personal and better then my own submission.
