Movement Class IN PERSON
Hey everyone - If you're local to us, we have an exciting class happening this Sunday morning. 8-11am in Kalamunda Expect an experience of our fundamental movement qualities; Grounded feet, bouncy legs, mobile hips, fluid spine and loose arms - explored in a collaborative end cohesive way. If you are in Perth, don't miss this. Open to anybody so feel free to bring along a friend. Fresh Movement Snack
Restore - Feet It went a little longer than intended but I was thoroughly enjoying this for myself. You will need something to massage your feet on for the first 7 minutes. I used some wooden dowel, you could use a broomstick handle, golf ball, massage ball, gymnastic ring... anything firm and round. Other than that, no equipment required. This movement snack is aimed at restoring function to the feet and improving your balance. Enjoy - Would love to hear how it lands for you if you follow along.
