There’s a new way to play with CONFIDENCE under pressure ⛳️🧠💪🏻
Most people obsess over swing mechanics and technique. The problem with this is you can have a flawless swing on the range and still choke when it counts. You’re not training for the mental demands of competitive golf! The new way is NEURAL PATHWAY TRAINING. This is superior because you’re building the mental framework to perform under stress and pressure, not just drilling technique in comfortable settings. I’ve worked with PGA Tour Winners, US Amateur Champions and Club Level Legends using this approach. Stop obsessing over your swing, start training your mind to be ready and prepared for competitive situations! Want to know more? Comment MASTERY and I’ll personally reach out 🙏🙏🙏

I’m interested! Is this something you discussed in a podcast, about repeatedly watching videos of yourself hitting good shots, to basically program your brain to think you’re that good? 😅😆

Self Sabotage 😭 😭 😭
Self Sabotage Sucks!! I know as well as anyone how detrimental it can be to both our performance and overall enjoyment in the game! Who is ready to eliminate Self Sabotage and start implementing practical, purposeful and playful strategies to help build Mental Mastery?

This is so true! No need to cry and curse ourselves for bad shots that produce good results 😆 What about the frustration of great shots that put us in trouble though?? 🤷🏼‍♀️🫣

Talking about YouTubers, I’ve always been impressed by the positive attitude displayed by the guys from GoodGood (especially early days). Whenever they missed shots, they would usually go “that’s unfortunate, but I can still…” make birdie/ save par etc. Tbh sometimes a bit overoptimistic but still kinda true! The number of times you hit a terrible shot but it actually doesn’t necessarily ruin all chances to score. We often refer to this when my husband and I prepare for a round. Let’s have a GoodGood attitude today!
KINTSUGI PHILOSOPHY 🙏🙏🙏
I had one of my professional clients share this video with me today after a painful Final Round at a recent Q School. Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending the pieces with lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold, silver, or platinum. It is also a philosophy that treats breakage and repair as part of an object's history, rather than something to hide, celebrating imperfections and the beauty of resilience. How can we apply this to our golf game??

Golf is definitely not a game of perfect! (I’m sure some of you have read the book). So the Kintsugi philosophy would be to realise that in a round, most shots won’t be quite as good as we may want them to be, but with acceptance and focus, we can still score well!

Started golf 15 years ago because of my husband. Down to single figure but still not enjoying playing under pressure.
