Power of Communication 🗣️
Bite-Sized Therapy for the Brain 🧠 The true GIFT of communication lies not in MAKING a point, nor in UNDERSTANDING one, but in the extraordinary POWER of CREATION of a moment of CONNECTION — a SPARK born from the void of our shared existence.

Relationship Nutritional Tidbits 🧆
I’ve found that the little things in a relationship—like the ones in this list—often make the biggest difference. For me, thoughtful actions build a foundation for deeper connection. Which of these do you value most in your relationship? 🧐Think about how we can encourage these habits in our relationship without nagging or catastrophizing, focusing instead on creating a partnership rooted in understanding and mutual respect. What’s one thing you’d love to see more of in your relationship? Name a couple YOU’RE working on YOURSELF 🤔 Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to go ask my wife for a piggy back ride 😏

🤑How to Teach Your Kids to Stay Out of the Poor House
(Family Financial Literacy) I moved from Nashville, Tennessee, to Union Hill, Arkansas, when I was eleven years old. I didn’t exactly have a bedroom. I slept at the end of the hallway, along with my brother, in a bunk bed. The bathroom was 30 yards away—a wooden outhouse in the backyard. We had a well instead of indoor running water. You’d lower a bucket (actually, a long, slender cylinder) hooked to a chain on a pulley, then pull it back up. Holding a pan underneath, you’d pull a little trigger that released the water into the pan. We didn’t have a hot water heater, so you’d heat a few pans of water by putting them on top of the wood stove, then mix in some cold water. Like magic—lukewarm bathwater to take turns sharing with the other five people in the family. Here are a few tips I learned along the way that got me a better house and indoor plumbing. 🤓

I downloaded the picture, and took a screenshot of your top 10 and I’ll definitely incorporate them in my children’s learning.

Being married for 10 years, especially getting married at such a young age it took me a while to realize that I had a few of those qualities in myself. As time progressed we both have learned these qualities, and know they’re vital for a healthy relationship.
