January and February was the hardest months in my entire life and this is where poeple normally fall off. Nothing nice comes easy. If you want an abnormal outcome you have to do abnormal actions. I just kept putting in the reps and was truly disgusted with my current situation. Suddenly the two months passed by and I changed the whole business.
